We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The food and service were very good and we especially liked the dining room with the ficus tree growing overhead.

A beautifully maintained and clean hotel, with excellant facilties and very friendly, helpful staff. The food was of a very high standard and plentiful. It is deally located, in a beautiful little town, better suited to adults wanting peace and quiet or as a base from which to explore the rest of the Costiera Amalfi. I hope this hotel never gets eaten up by the commercialism that has taken over Amalfi and Sorrento, as I would definitely like to return to it warm and charming atmosphere.

The Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very nicely located. Minori is nestled between Amalfi and Maori and there is access to both. Minori is not a haven for tourists and the benefit to this is that you will find the local shops have locals prices, these are quite a bit less than the same items you will buy in Amalfi. The hotel staff is wonderful. We had no trouble getting things sorted when a problem did arise, They are attentive and responsive. A few things to be aware of, the food is plentiful but on a set menu. There will be a choice of salads, pasta dishes then main course, usually 2 options in each category and desert is a choice between locally grown fresh fruit, ice cream and a local specialty like baba or lemon cake. I would always ask for a pool facing room. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing holiday. There is not a lot to do for kids so your best bet would be to go as a couple only.

I'm not good in english so I will continue in French. I hope you will understand..... Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans la charmante ville de Minori et surtout à l'hôtel Villa Romana. Le service a été très chaleureux et nous garderons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour. S'il vous plaît, dites à Rocco que je pense à lui et m'ennuie de son sens de l'humour. Il nous a fait bien rire lors de nos soupers. J'en garde un très bon souvenir . Aussi, lui dire que les Romains ne sont pas aussi beaux et gentils que les hommes de Minori !!!!!!!!!! Nettes Hotel mit familiärem Touch. Besonders die Bedienung beim Essen hat gefallen. Parkmöglichkeiten nur über Hotel sinnvoll. Man holt die Wagen aber recht schnell. Eigene Parkplatzsuche kann man vergessen.

I have stayed in this hotel every year for the last several years. I find the staff accomodating to any concerns. The rooms are large for Italy, clean, and with pretty baths. The elevator is also spacious. It is within easy walking distance to the beach and all restaurants. I found the breakfast had a nice selection of food (some in Italy give you only coffee/tea and bread). They had set up a big screen TV for us to watch the World Cup while eating in their dining room. For a small hotel in a small town, it more than filled my expectations. If you want glamour, stay in Positano and pay three to four times as much...and endure the crowds. If you want the feeling of a small, friendly town in Italy, this is the place to stay. It also has easy access to Ravello, Amalfi, Positano, etc.
